METRO FINE - CONTROL TAX NUMBER

Hi, my name is Jana and I'm from Brazil. I was fined at the Metro in Copenhagen (I threw away the ticket - tourist haha) but I can't seem to be able to pay for the ticket online. I have tried both debit and credit cards. After reading your post, I have realized I need to make a deposit but I would like to know where I can get the CONTROL TAX NUMBER you mentioned. I have no idea where to get it. Please help me with that! Thanks a million!
