Hello, my name is Jan. Im from Slovakia. I got fine in autobus in cCopenhagen. I'm just a visitor and i borrow my friend's rejsekort. I forgot rejsekort use and I pushed to check ind 1 minute before movia- inspector, She claims to me and I show her my rejsekort. I said I'm foreign and 'Im here just for a vacation. She gives me protocol with fine and I have to pay it now 750dk. I don't show to inspector my id ( just driving licence). I got fine ticket and there missed one letter of my name. Strange. And there is cpr with my date of birth( i Dont have cpr here.) they Can Send fine to my country to my Address? Im not sure, Because on driving licene isnt adress of your home. Or they can send fine to my freind? I think not, Because they directly solve with myself. Thank you for experience and answer.

Janek,
Since they have the rejsekort information on your friend and information on you, they will send fine to you but if you do not pay they will probably fine your friend and he will also be liable for any late fees. You made a mistake and will have to pay the fine. They have probably already flagged your friend's rejsekort since you used that illegally. A rejsekort can only be used by the person that owns it unless it is a Rejsekort anonymt and since you did not mention what type rejsekort it sounds like your friend loaned out their personal one to you.

If you value your friendship I would pay the fine so that your friend does not have to.

P.S. Remember if the inspector scanned your friend's rejsekort they have your friends information. If they did not, he will never hear from them.
